Unfortunately, there are very few redeeming qualities here. Or at least it should have been more interesting. I was fairly focused on levels so I could join the arenas (that’s not a PvP column, I just wanted to understand the economy without looking into the economy, but at the same time I didn’t try to.Īfter completing a few of these, I could continue with something a bit more interesting: the combat. This game is really awesome – but it’s still fun. The first handful weren’t special at all, it was only your typical fetch quest. I continued with a group of quest conversations. No matter what, I didn’t want to write up any of the games for that. I tried to become involved in those games, or the acclaimed best of the best. I know lots of gamers enjoy it, but as I said, NES was the first experience that I had, and in other words, most games were obviously not point and click. This was probably the first thing that helped me gain some experience. Then the game began, so I realized I would have been stuck with point-and-click simple movement. The ping-and-click has never been my friend. The options were very limited, but I can live with it assuming it is decent. Once I read through the classes briefly and made a selection, there were some options for the tailoring of my character. Of course, I realized eventually I could click to get a little more description of each other, but it still felt sudden. As soon as you pick a new character, it’s easy to pick a faction and choose one of the five different classes available. There are no cartoons or fancy splash screens that will get you into the game, its world, or any of the inhabitants therein. All the other people need to find out a bit more info on them.

This game can’t get started without being done. This game has some notable features, and technically does work, which is, you know, something. It’s just a very rough experience and not exactly what I was expecting. Last time I went to Warspear Online, and I can’t get into it. In fact, I’m constantly searching for a good retro MMO.
Here in Fight or Kite, I wrote about some of these games, from online games like Monster Sanctuary and Moonlighter, to MMOs like Leafling Online. My childhood, however, was my childhood, and I can’t afford that, for this reason I really like to get enough of it. I love and love game games from 8-bits, which I like best is my bread and butter.
